As announced, the new version of the OpenSource CMS Joomla has arrived on the 10th of January.

This long awaited version includes and introduces many of the features, the community was missing in previous versions. Like fine granular ACL (Access Control Levels),installation improvements for 3rd party developers, multi-level categories and much more.
