MultiFlat is a new shipping module for OCIE 1.2.x and OpenCart 1.4.x

It offers several options to define the best shipping method your customers can choose during their checkout.

Instead of defining several, different modules, MultFlat offers all these options - and more. And - beside - because of the additional, optional options, this module is fully qualified for promotions.

The problem with all existing shipping modules is, you can define either only one minimum amount, or only one rate, no percentage. Generally always only one option at the same time. At the checkout your customers may see several options they can choose for delivery.

MultiFlat keeps all these options at one place and will show finally the best fitting delivery method(s) - based on that settings you have defined in the backend.

Beside all standard options, this module is also fully qualified to increase your sales?

Why this?

Because you can define optionally to display a small message (beside the delivery titel) how much your customer has to buy additonally to get a free delivery.

The shipping module MultiFlat offers you several options to define the best calculation method.

For example:

  • rate is valid for all checkouts - regardless the shopping amount
  • rate does only apply if shopping amount is under the value of x
  • rate can be a percentage or/and a fix value
  • define as many rates as you want/need
  • exclude product categories from this rate
  • define a date until this rate will be valid

Especially with the date, limit and remaining value display you can start great promotions.

Imagine you have defined a delivery cost for the rate of 50,-. Now your customer has bought goods for the value of 45,-

He will see now that if he adds more to his basket (here for 5,-) he will get a free delivery!

Not bad - isn't it?

The possibilities are only up to yourself.

One basic feature of this module is that you define for each activated language your own title (see images next page)
